Sartore’s fruity organic extra virgin olive oil is a medium-intensity fruity oil made with perfectly ripe cold pressed olives. This is not a single-variety oil, but one made by mixing oils produced with different olive cultivars, mainly Bosana and Semidana (typical Sardinia varieties) and, to a lesser extent, other cultivars such as Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino. These cultivars all come from the Sartori farm’s olive groves and are grown following organic, eco-friendly methods. This oil stands out for its aromas: perfectly ripe olives, tomato, and artichoke. Notes of artichoke, that translate to a slightly bitter and peppery aftertaste, distinguish its flavour profile.
Sartore extra virgin olive oil from Bosana olives is a fruity, medium-intensity oil made using cold pressed Bosana olives grown in Sartore olive groves. It stands out for its notes of artichoke and freshly cut grass. Perfectly balanced artichoke and wild cardoon flavors set this oil apart, giving it a slightly bitter and peppery aftertaste, perfect for those who love strong, intense flavors.
Leccino Extra Virgin Olive Oil It is produced by cold pressing Leccino cultivar olives, picked at the right level of ripeness, from Sartore olive groves. The result is a light, fruity oil with notes of freshly cut grass. It is delicate on the palate with the perfect level of spiciness and delicate almond notes. Ideal for those seeking an olive oil that is perfectly balanced, with a delicate taste.
